When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google solely for the purpose of creating and authenticating your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
When you create an account with email and password, we store your email address as your account identifier. Your password is never stored in plain text — it is hashed and managed securely by Supabase's authentication system.
Tasks and commitments you create within the app, including any titles, notes, dates, times, and recurrence settings you provide, are stored in the app's database.
If you submit feedback through the app, we receive the text of your message and your account email address. Feedback may include any personal information you choose to share in your message.
Your information is used exclusively to provide the Scatterbrain service to you. Your name and email are used to identify your account and ensure your data is private to you. Your tasks and commitments are stored and retrieved so you can plan and manage your time across devices.
We do not use your information for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the app.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform. Data is stored on servers in the United States. Supabase's privacy practices are described at supabase.com/privacy.
Transactional emails — including account confirmation and password reset messages — are sent via Resend. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering these messages. Resend's privacy practices are described at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data is never used for advertising purposes.
Your data is retained for as long as you have an active account. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us at the email below and we will remove your account and all associated data promptly.
